The label has been used on Mitt Romney to describe his business practices of prioritizing making big profits for himself and his CEO friends ahead of actually creating good jobs. Independently of how accurate the claims are that Mitt Romney is a ‘vulture capitalist’, his questionable business practices are only the tip of the iceberg. Vulture capitalism has been a growing symptom of corporate greed having destructive effects on our economy and the economies of other countries, consequently being also behind our “immigration problems”.
